The Billing & Settlements team are the best at So Energy. 😊 The Billing & Settlements team are responsible for making sure that all SO Energy customers are billed on time and to an accurate read. But we can’t do it on our own! We work alongside SO Energists in Customer Service & Metering and Third Parties to ensure that all the information on the bill is correct and get to our customers on time. Meter reads are not only important for bills they also help keep the UK’s gas & electricity systems in balance. And so, not surprisingly, our roles require an inquiring mind and a love of solving complex problems!!
