The People Team manage the life cycle of each So Energists—from onboarding to training and termination or retirement. We team up with our wider People Team which consists of the Talent Team, Learning and Development, Facility Management and Communications. We also work closely with the senior management team and department heads across the organisation on their vision, strategy, and business operating model by managing not only our employee's needs but also the business’s. We provide support to our So Energists on a daily basis; we help with their career development, progression, and further training needs. The People Team provide advice and coaching to the managers on best business practices in line with company policies and procedures, we also handle internal legal matters. We ensure our organisation is kept up to date with legal compliance, but it’s not only legal matters we specialise in; we help create a healthy work environment and support our So Energists wellbeing. The People Team also ensure that So Energy operates with due concern for fairness and integrity.
