Project Management
The PMO is an enabling service ensuring successful consistent performance. The project managers (PM) sit within this team to manage delivery of high impact and high risk transformational projects. The PM is responsible for planning the schedule, stakeholder management and mapping, and risk management. The teams works together to ensure best practices in project management are maintained across the projects that touch the different departments and cross dependencies are managed. Communication is a key aspect of this role along with keeping the team motivated while proactively engaging with senior business members. The team is here to manage, monitor, report and support!
