The Product team is responsible for leading product squads to validate, shape, deliver and maintain customer-centric experiences. This is to drive customer satisfaction, growth, innovation and operational excellence. The Product team spans various domains including our core energy supply business (electricity and gas), Solar & Battery, and other home services. Product Managers understand both customer and internal user needs while navigating dynamic regulatory contexts. They gather and process these user needs, stakeholder requests, qualitative and quantitative analytical data. This is used to facilitate the analysis of value, usability, feasibility, and business viability to strategically validate problems and opportunities on the roadmap, deciding what product squads focus on next and evaluating if past interventions have made their intended impact.
