At So Energy we have a dedicated complaints team operating as an essential part of the business, our main focus is to rebuild trust with customers allowing them to return to a normal service level. This doesn’t come without its challenge and no two complaints are the same, we take time to understand our customer's pain points, offering tailored resolutions to the needs of the customers while remaining compliant with industry standards.
We use our knowledge the deliver insight often identifying trends, that could impact other customers, we will own the full complaint journey from start until resolution, it is important that we are empathetic, clear, honest and inquisitive, empowering us to resolve issues. We collaborate with all areas of So Energy, ensuring all information is correct, before offering a resolution.
