So Energy was created in 2015 because we knew energy suppliers could be better. Since then, we’ve grown rapidly but sustainably, with 300,000+ customers and over 400 So Energists. But we’re not done. 🙌 THE ROLE
What you’ll be getting up to:
As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in helping So Energy deliver two key industry obligations. For ECO, the focus of the role will be around role in processing, validating and the evidence review of the installer measures. With regard to WHD, you will be supporting the team in processing WHD applications, and the tracking so that So Energy meets its obligations. You will build and grow the working relationships with key stakeholders and within the supply chain for Eco and also WHD partners. You will use your analytical skills to produce and present statistic reports for internal management. You will demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communication skills by relaying information to our stakeholders and nominated external Industry Initiatives Providers.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional attentiveness and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to learn complicated compliance rules and communicate these
- Self-motivated and ability to productively work remotely/hybrid
- Ability to collaborate and work well with others
- Skilled at establishing and growing productive working relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise work according to business need
- Excellent organisation and record keeping skills
- Ability to work towards strict timeframes
- Strong skills in using Microsoft Excel
- Strong Numeracy skills
- Ability to track delivery and KPI’s
Nice to haves:
- Knowledge of ECO & Ofgem Regulations
- Knowledge of WHD & Ofgem Regulations
- Experience in processing ECO submissions
- Knowledge of welfare benefits
- Experience in working on the WHD Obligation
