The Role
Senior Commercial Analyst at SO ENERGY
Reporting into our Marketing Director 👋, we’re looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst to join the team.
In your role as a Senior Commercial Analyst here at So Energy, you will work with the Growth team to provide business intelligence and reporting on our sales activities, as well as producing customer acquisition forecasts across commodity and new product development areas.
What you’ll be getting up to:
- Produce customer trend analysis and provide recommendations on channel optimisation strategies
- Perform customer behaviour and cohort analysis
- Create and maintain business reports and growth forecasts
- Monitor key growth metrics against performance targets
- Support business cases on new growth opportunities and cross-functional projects to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain Customer Lifetime Value models
- Produce sales partner performance packs for our Sales team
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product development teams to align strategies and objectives.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Support and mentor other members within the commercial team
This role will be a great fit if:
- An analytical mindset with a passion for improving things
- Good written, verbal and presentation skills
- Robust, advanced, readable, tested SQL queries and python scripts
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in an agile environment
- Team player
