The Role
Finance Administrator at SO ENERGY
Reporting into our Financial Controller - Anna Lloyd 👋, we’re looking for a Finance Administrator to join the team.
The person within this role will be responsible in supporting our finance department in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations
What you’ll be getting up to:
- Processing invoices, expenses, and payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Assisting with bank reconciliations and maintaining financial records
- Supporting the finance team with month-end and year-end processes
- Maintaining accounts payable and receivable ledgers
- Assisting in financial reporting and data analysis
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve finance-related queries
- General administrative support for the finance department
This role will be a great fit if:
- Previous experience in a finance or administrative role
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A team player with a positive and proactive approach
