The Role
Siteworks Specialist at SO ENERGY
Reporting into our Siteworks Team Leader Valeria Wright 👋
What you’ll be getting up to:
- Delivering on key metrics/ KPIs, enabling a successful siteworks function for our customers.
- Contacting customers through a multi-channel approach (telephone, email, etc) to resolve siteworks-related queries.
- Ensure downstream processes following siteworks activities are followed through, delivering accurate first-time billing.
- Applying chargeable work/pass-through charges to customer accounts.
- Overseeing booking-related support for customers and both internal and external teams to maximize every booking opportunity.
- Reviewing and resolving aborted/cancelled outcomes to actively seek and resolve technical-oriented issues, leading to successful re-booking for customers.
- Ensure that the correct processes are followed for each sitework task, including troubleshooting of meter issues to determine the correct course of action.
- Utilising your excellent communication and customer service skills, you will work to actively resolve sitework booking-related complaints/queries both internally and directly with our customers.
- Own and maintain relationships with third parties centred around booking appointment performance, including but not limited to DNOs and Meter Operators.

- You demonstrate knowledge of the metering and bookings space.
