As part of the recruitment process you will be asked to complete a behavioural and cognative assessment, this is combined with your previous experience to build a more well-rounded picture of you as a person

This platform provides you and us with a detailed report on the environments you thrive in and what sort of work fulfils you. The Assessment

This part of the assessment measures your performance against five criteria:
- Leadership Influence- Consideration of others
- Creativity & Adaptability
- Attention to detail
- Personal balance

DRIVE
This part of the assessment helps you discover what propels you forward.
On completion of this section, you will know what is most important to you about a role and, in turn, what isn't. You will also learn about what type of work you find most engaging. This is based on the Self-determination model

BRAIN
The final part of the assessment measures your aptitude and ability to adapt to change.
Through a sleek and engaging User Experience you will solve a range of problems to build a full picture of your aptitude, the type of tasks that best suit you and your learning style
