Creating an inclusive environment is essential to our growth and to understanding and improving our customer experience. We’re constantly striving to achieve a culture of belonging - one where everybody’s individuality and differences are valued and celebrated. We know everybody wins when you bring diverse voices to the table.
Our Belonging in Action Strategy focuses on three strategic aims:

Affinity Groups at So Energy
At so Energy, we have big ambitions for the future, like helping our customers, and our country, meet their net-zero ambitions. And we know that our success starts with our people.
We aim to have as diverse, inclusive, and forward-focused team as possible. Part of how we champion this diversity is through our six company-wide affinity groups:

Sustainability Affinity Group
These groups are formed by volunteers around shared identities, interests, or goals to create a place of safety and belonging within the business. Each group works to positively impact change for everyone in the organisation.
