We know that to do your best at work, everyone needs time away to rest and recharge. At So Energy, you are entitled to:

• 25 paid days holiday a year (pro-rata for part-time Energists)

• You can also buy or sell holidays

• Bank Holidays off in addition to your 25 days leave (pro-rata for part-time Energists)

• An extra paid day off for your birthday! As part of our culture of belonging, we want to provide flexibility where possible.

We recognise that several Energists may wish to work over Christmas and Easter to use these bank holidays at another time in the year to celebrate their religious holidays or observances.
